Facebook Lead Generation for Ohio Roofing Contractor

I'm an established roofing contractor in Ohio and I'm looking for a skilled freelancer to assist with my Facebook marketing campaign.
My account is already setup & active with multiple creatives. I'm looking to be trained hand in hand with whomever is hired. I believe my account has been comprimised & want to ensure that none of my leads are being shared with anyone. This is critical to my hiring....
If this require a brand new webpage that is fine by me. My FB account was setup by a 3rd party marketing agency & multiple issues arrived after paying for the setup & cancelling my month to month agreement.
IE:
a) Leads were still texted to me real time not from FB
b) Once I removed the 3rd party company from shared assetts on FB I then recieved messanger notifications from live leads which I did not see before. There were litterally 5 conversations going on that I did not know of prior.
c) I was given access to Go High level orginally from the 3rd part agency. All the leads were going directly there and emailed & texted to me directly. I believe the leads are still going there & that the 3rd party has access to them. I want to eliminate Go High Level getting my leads & the 3rd party marketing agency.
